Dbet Terms and Conditions – Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dbet platform and all its services. dbet is a licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation.

• These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and dbet.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to use dbet.
• Dbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, for any reason.

To register an account on dbet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• One Account Only: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.
• Information Update: Please notify us promptly if any of your personal details change.
• Account Transfer: Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive Account: An account may be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity.

The minimum age to bet on dbet 18 years. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

The following documents may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (mobile banking screenshot)
• Selfie with NID

Dbet may request KYC verification at any time to ensure security. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

You can fund your dbet account using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
• Maximum Daily Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit

Dbet reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals if there is suspicious activity or an incomplete KYC verification.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on dbet. Violations may result in bet cancellation.

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Change: If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Live Betting: If you lose connection during a live match, your bet will be settled at the last confirmed odds.
• Minimum Bet: ৳50 (fifty taka)
• Maximum Bet: Varies by match and market.
• Parlay Bet: A maximum of 15 matches can be combined in a single parlay bet.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Dbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Limited to one claim per person.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts typically require 15x–30x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Country Restrictions: Some promotions are not available to users from certain countries.

Dbet reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbet. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds:

• Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using another person's account
• Money Laundering & Illegal Transactions
• Hacking the platform's software or exploiting any vulnerabilities
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Defrauding other users

Dbet is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party service disruptions.

• Dbet is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• If a bet fails to confirm due to a network issue, your funds will be refunded.
• Dbet's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Dbet believes betting should be a source of fun. We care about our users' wellbeing and are committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily/weekly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: A 24-hour cool-off break option is available.
